A background in UX & product design for e-commerce, SASS, B2B2C, B2B & B2C solutions and brand development in native apps, web applications, e-learning and interactive multimedia (gaming) experiences in agile environments.

Strategy:

Working closely with executives, stakeholders, and products to identify and prioritize initiatives with a focus on 3 key areas: Growth, Experience, and Efficiency.

Research:

Highly successful in leading design/UX teams with hands-on experience in analyzing quantitative data from analytics in combination with user research to provide recommendations on design strategies that support business requirements maximizes ROI and determine A/B test KPIs.

Design:

Extremely competent in leading and conducting research, user flows and journeys, personas, information architectures, wireframing, building interactive prototypes, conducting usability testing and creating User Testing cases and validation roadmaps. Highly proficient in leading UI/Branding/Content strategy efforts with a strong focus on enhancing Brand.

Management:

Experienced in building and leading Product design teams with startups as well as agencies. Lead and mentored internal Design teams (UX/UI Designers & Front-end developers both local and abroad) as well as managed relationships with external agencies and freelancers. Demonstrated ability to develop and create customized design pipelines & frameworks to increase transparency on the Design process as well as improve the communication/relationship between the Design team and product.
