Based on the existing research data, two UX designers and I created 18 screens of paper prototypes and imported them to Marvel to conduct user testing. We tested the MVP concepts of "creating profiles", "connecting", and "expressing gratitude" with 4 givers to find out their expectations during the whole journey.

Project Background
The Hand Up Day platform (owned by Being Agency) functions to help the right people get connected. It gives people that all-important boost in life through the transfer of time, skills and knowledge.
The interesting part of this project is that it has two user groups: seekers and givers. The needs of seekers and givers are different. Therefore, we need to accommodate them all.

To observe the physical behavior of seekers and givers and better understand their needs, I went to the event in which Hand Up Day participated.
After the observation of givers and seekers, I found the artifacts which been overlooked and made efforts to solve this issue when I started to design.

Based on 3 insights, I started the design process with low fidelity sketches. This is the way I iterate through many design options quickly.

Style Guide
Before jumping into prototyping, I decided to create this style guide to ensure consistency in terms of typography, color, buttons, elements shadows, etc.

Implement Grid
I always like implementing grids while designing for a website, mobile device or printing, since it can help with:
· Keeping Content Organized
· Increasing Efficiency
· Enhancing Visual Hierarchy
· Encouraging White Space
· Making UI Responsive

Being a seeker is like sailing in the sea. Sometimes you might lose directions. A giver who gives advice and holds your hands to guide you along the way is like a lighthouse in the night. This is my initial idea of creating these symbols.
