Mutual of Omaha needed a responsive web application for home owners to quickly and easily set up their payment method and home owner's association dues payments.
The conceptual idea required brainstorming sessions with the product team to flesh out the details and requirements for the payment process, as well as distill insights from interviews previously conducted with home owners and property managers.
In order to effectively work through the details of each flow and flesh out the necessary requirements, the UX team met with the Mutual of Omaha product team for a series of whiteboarding sessions.
Mid Fidelity Wireframes
The mid fidelity wireframe process allowed the team to work with the project stakeholders to quickly gather feedback on the design for each flow, without the need to focus time on pixel perfection during the highly iterative phase.
High Fidelity Design
Once each mid fidelity flow was completed, the high fidelity state was created to accurately reflect Mutual of Omaha's current brand styles. The brand styles included the following:
